Appearance:

Sodium sulfide is yellow to brick red flake. It is yellow when Fe content is lower than 30ppm and the color turn to darker for containing more impurities.

Usage in mine flotation process

a. Sodium Sulfide is depresant of most sulfide ores.

b. Sodium sulfide is vulcanized agent for non-ferrous metal oxide ore

c. Sodium sulfide is a reagent removal agent for mixed concentrate of sulfide ore

Handling and Storage:

Store in a tightly closed container. Protect from light. Protect container from physical damage. Store in an explosion-proof refrigerator. Isolate from acids and alkalis. Isolate from incompatible substances. Containers of this material may be hazardous when empty since they retain product residues (dust, solids); observe all warnings and precautions listed for the product.
